    Esperta in apprendimento e sviluppo organizzativo, con particolare riferimento ai metodi e strumenti per il lifelong e lifewide learning (Bilancio delle competenze; ePortfolio; individuazione e validazione degli apprendimenti non formali e informali e certificazione delle competenze).

    Collaboro da diversi anni con il Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione dell'Università degli Studi Roma Tre ad attività di ricerca, di formazione e in progetti finanziati con Fondi nazionali ed europei.

    Dal 2009, collaboro con il CRES IELPO, il Centro di Ricerche e Servizi per l’Innovazione, l’Educazione, il Lifelong Learning per le Persone e le Organizzazioni e per il Bilancio di Competenze, del Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione di Roma Tre, in qualità di ricercatrice e formatrice.

    Sono cultore della materia per la cattedra di Sociologia delle organizzazioni e per il Laboratorio di Bilancio di Competenze.

    Dall'a.a. 2018-2019, docente a contratto per il Laboratorio di Apprendimento organizzativo.

    Attualmente sono assegnista di ricerca sul tema: “Pratiche, Formazione e competenze per gli insegnanti. Linee guida per garantire la qualità nel processo di integrazione degli strumenti ICT nel processo di insegnamento-apprendimento” (SPS/09 - M-PED/01) (2017-2019).

    I temi di ricerca di cui mi sto occupando riguardano: lo studio e analisi dei processi di apprendimento organizzativo; la certificazione delle competenze come file rouge per lo sviluppo di un sistema integrato di istruzione, formazione, orientamento e lavoro; l'individuazione e la validazione degli apprendimenti non-formali e informali come volano per lo sviluppo organizzativo.
