Overview
The development, in the last years, of the ever-evolving technologies has changed and is deeply changing the approach to cultural heritage (CH), understood as knowledge, conservation, information and fruition. This pathway “Digital Cultural Heritage” aims to outline a scenario within these digital technologies can be used and change the approach between researchers and users in general. The pathway is divided in three courses. The first course deals with 3D data acquisitions to obtain a perfect digital fac-simile as a tool for knowledge, evidence and safety of artifacts. The second course deals with data management, sharing and dissemination across different platforms with different types of use, which, following the huge increase in available information, is becoming a key factor in the last decade. The last theme, dealt in the third course, is the digital fruition from the point of view of technologies and therefore also the techniques of realization and access to the digital and multimedia content, capable of enriching the artifacts of a series of information to improve their understanding and learning. -
