Full professor in Mathematical Analysis at the Depatment of Physical, Computer and Mathematical Sciences of the Modena and Reggio Emilia University since November 2007. He held several undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. courses on Mathematical Analysis.
His research activity is mainly focused on the Partial Differential Equations and on their applications to the Stochastic processes and to the Finance.
Since 2004 is the organizer and head of the Corso di Alta Formazione in Finanza Matematica, of the University of Bologna, (with A. Pascucci).
