About the Course
Through a multidisciplinary approach, in light of the most recent scientific literature, the most significant aspects of the changes, transformations, and problems that adolescents face will be presented during the course, namely: physical development, puberty maturation and their resonances psychological; brain development and its implications on decision-making and risk behavior; intellectual maturity and its consequences in terms of behavior and relationships; the change in the relationship with adults and the conquest of autonomy; relationships with peers. Particular attention will be given to their implications on adolescents' psychosocial well-being. The topics will be addressed using an applicative approach, providing a series of operational indications aimed at favoring the creation of positive development environments, based on consolidated scientific and clinical evidence.Social Science
