Learning outcomes

At the end of the course you'll understand: 

  • the reasons behind the choices of economic agents (consumers and businesses) 
  • the different types of market (perfect competition, monopoly, monopolistic competition, oil-oil) 
  • the significance of the main macroeconomic indicators 
  • the functioning of the market for goods and money 
  • the instruments of fiscal and monetary policy 
  • the pathologies of the economic system

Background and Requirements

Knowledge of the elements of linear algebra is required.

Course Format

The 5-week course is divided into an introductory lesson (the first, presentation of the course) and online lessons (video-lessons) lasting 7-8 minutes.
