Blog entry by CLAUDIA BELLINI
Today we desire to introduce to you the members of EduOpen Community, learners registered to the portal who are working for free and sharing their skills according to the idea that knowledge belongs to everyone (more info: http://community.eduopen.org/).
So we present you:
Cristina and Stefania, two fantastic translators who work on texts of the portal and of videolectures into English and Spanish in order to contribute to a wider diffusion of knowledge, to ensure the full usability of the contents in international contexts or for users with specific needs.
Vincenzo, Emilio, Marirosa, Francesco P. and Sara that in a few days you will know in 5 courses as EduOpen's first mentors: animating conversations in the forums, they will try to stimulate the discussion among students who attend the same Moocs for interest and curiosity. Why? To help other people, to become a peer tutor at the service of other students, to develop own professional and cultural growth.
Luca, Nancy, Emilio, Francesco I., Lucia, Maria Elisabetta, Francesco P. who accurately transcribe the audio of the videolectures to produce captions and think that this experience is a stimulating and enriching opportunity to strengthen their skills, to collaborate, to be useful.
We close the presentations with Virginia that after a single day from joining the community was involved into this small and unconventional group.
Thanks to all our friends of the Community for their precious and special collaboration!
