I'm a Postdoctoral researcher in Mathematics at the University of Padova. I received my P.h.D. title at the University of Padova in 2016 and my
research interest is very close to the study of soap bubbles in some
"strange" geometries (in mathematical language, what I
study is about Calculus of Variations and Sub Riemannian geometry).
My beloved city of birth is Bologna, where I spent much time for a
great passion that I have, besides Mathematics: swimming! I've been
swimming and racing in competitions for many years and I ended up
being a teaching instructor for very young swimmers in my free time.
