From Ragazze Digitali to Women in Transport: the cost of gender stereotypes

This course analyzes the cross-cutting impact of gender inequalities and implicit stereotypes on the mobility and technology sectors, highlighting how the lack of diversity in data and design teams generates concrete safety risks—from crash tests to bias in autonomous driving algorithms—and proposes practical inclusive leadership strategies and equality plans (GEPs) to transform inclusion into a competitive and innovative advantage.
