Anyone in the world
We talked about Moocs, Pathways, Nano Master on EduOpen.
The term Courseware comes new.
This new type of space was proposed in the EduOpen workshop held in Lecce last September in which, among the interesting presentations about Digital Universities, someone asked if multimedia teaching materials that don't constitute a complete training path could be hosted somewhere on our portal.
Hence the idea of coursewares: spaces on EduOpen, conceived as aggregators of content (videolectures, documents, assessments) with a more flexible structure than a MOOC. In a courseware there are no mandatory activities which lead to the acquisition of an attendance certificate and an open badge but only materials useful for learning a topic of study.
The coursewares found a place in our catalog with the update of the portal to the 2.0 version (November 2018). Now, after a few months of waiting, 5 coursewares on law, science and IT are online.
We don't stop here though. We expect many surprises by this new experience: due to their dynamic and flexible nature we hope that in the future coursewares will host innovative educational and technological experiments.
